Personally I am not excited about paying fees for lettings and I do believe they were high but they were in line or a little cheaper than other agents I came across. The fee in my opinion those not justify the service being provided (admin).

With our property, Hills initially required only the standard admin charges to secure the property and take it off the market, unlike other letting agents who demand a full deposit be paid before anything can happen. This really helped us as we were relocating as short notice.

Dearer than other agents but we got what we wanted, a sale, and much quicker than we expected. False economy to pay less and have no agent action and no sale. They learnt every penny of the fee from the moment we first met Chris.
