Don't bother you waste your time that's their business buying Freeholds. They own over 300,000 flat in London so don't bother wasting your time fighting such a company. They have enough money and don't mind fighting till the end. There is a reason how their on the stock market making a fortune. ...

Be concerned! Really. Having been in the care of Freshwater properties for about twenty years. Had to move from central London, because there was no maintenance, so building fell apart and it was an eight grand service charge. The creep up on you like that. ...

HI, I wrote few days ago about the experience with freshwater. I also mentioned that the ceiling collapsed on my husbands head who was taken to the hospital. We complaint several times about the leakage to freshwater but did not find anything sorted out. Height of negligence that no one from the compnay rang us to find out how is my husband. Infact they shut their offices and left for xmas. I thought maybe after xmas they will get in touch but to my expectations no one called or wrote to us. We ...

Yep definitely sounds like you are working for Freshwater. Having overcome my difficulties with them and moved out of town. Ten years ago, feeling a lot better. It was obscene. Lazy, incomplete, overpriced and almost like living in Dickenzia. x ...

I too am unfortunate enough to heve Freshwater manage my property but I am on the SW London/ Surrey border. Myself and my neighbours are sick of the poor quality of service and being ripped off at every oppotunity and are interested in managing our own property with a view to buying the leasehold also, any advice from yourself or anyone else who reads this about where to start?
