The business was started in 1699 and has been handed down from father to son for 3 centuries. Today, we offer a very wide range of property services from our large High Street offices including property sales and valuations, land & planning services, new homes, and a large rental department. We are the top selling agent in our area, and we have sold more properties in Crediton and surrounds than all the other local estate agents put together! We were voted The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015 for Best Single Office in the South West.
