Today, we offer a very wide range of property services from our large High Street offices including property sales and valuations, land & planning services, new homes, and a large rental department. We are the top selling agent in our area, and we have sold more properties in Crediton and surrounds than all the other local estate agents put together! We were voted The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year in 2013, 2014 and 2015 for Best Single Office in the South West. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
