Hi Daniel, I have checked our systems/with the team and unfortunately have not been able to locate any information on this (we are a small family run business so between our small team I am able to find any information regarding properties fairly easily). I cannot see that we have had any dealings whatsoever. We are based in Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire - I believe this review may be for another agency. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

In the first instance put any complaints in writing to the office address. Secondly further issues would then need to be followed up with the company Director. Thirdly anything after that would need to be address to the company secretary.
If no resolve then complaints need to be addressed to the Property ombudsman (Letting).
