Absolutely dreadful.
To them the landlord is not a customer – they're a cash cow to be milked in anyway possible. And any excuse will do.

yes hazelwells--bad agents---had trouble with tenants downstsairs---something dodgy with tenants downstairs---they did nothing--as long as they get money they arent bothered ...
