Agent's Fees listed clearly on contract and mentioned when speaking about the property and giving a holding deposit. Everything was very transparent and straight forward, no surprises and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Dear Vania, I am sorry to learn that you have had to write this review. During your tenancy, I have met with you & due to the works required, I agreed with you that you were able to break the contract with as little as 2-3 days notice which would assist you in sourcing alternative accommodation. Harsun is such a terrible estate agent. They did not give back all my deposit and they even asked more money. As I was a full time student at that time, I couldn't afford to fight them back. Please avoid this agent if you don't wanna lose all your money. ...
