Dear Mr SR; I am sorry you have had to write this review 13 months after you vacating the property. I have checked our records & see you commenced this tenancy in April 14 for a period of six months. In October 14 you renewed for a further 6 months. April 2015, you again renewed for a further six months. As of October 2015, the tenancy became periodic & a year later in November 2016, you provided a months' notice to vacate. On inspection, there were damages which you were responsible for & aft ...

they charge you £100 every year to renew the contract and charge for character references at the end of term which to be honest was just a quick email I could have written. also with the final bills they didn't really get it however on the end everything was sorted.

Dear Ms B, I am sorry you have had to write this negative review. I have been through our records on all the points you were not happy with. TENANCY. I see that you signed a tenancy agreement for a fixed period of 1 year commencing April 2014. In April 2015, you extended the tenancy for a further 6 month period which expired in October 2015.
