I came to speak to Sita last week, as she was so helpful and made me welcome as I am a landlord as am away most of the time and I was looking around to for a good letting agent. I was recommended from a family friend to go and see Sita, as you be able to advice me for the best option for me. So therefore I am happy to give my properties to Sita manage and look after as looked around few agents as was not the estate agent as more looking for the right person as found Sita. As expected the agent is trying to manipulate the situation to defend their poor poor service. As I don't have the time neither the effort to dispute again I would just recommend that individuals take a look at the claim that they have "100's of satisfied individuals" yet the overall score on the biggest estate agent review website (all agents) has a score of under 3.
