Landlord Fees

Overall Fees
8% (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)

Letting Fee:
Charged at the rate of 8%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), of the full rent payable for the full term of the tenancy during the first twelve month period, and deducted full-term in advance. Should the tenancy renew into a second year, our second year letting fee will be charged at the reduced rate of 6%, plus VAT, and then again at 5%, plus VAT, should the tenancy continue into a third year and beyond. All fees are payable term in advance.

Rent Collection:
Charged in addition to our Letting Fee, at the rate of 2%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), and deducted pro rata, each time rent is paid to the Landlord.

Charged in addition to our Letting Fee, at the rate of 5%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), and deducted pro rata, each time rent is paid to the Landlord.

If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, you can make a formal complaint in any of the following ways:

It will assist our investigation if you could provide us with as much information as possible about your complaint. Examples of information that would be appreciated is as follows:

• Property address
• The name(s) of the person(s) you have dealt with
• Full description of your complaint
• Copies of all relevant documents
• Your contact information

What will happen when we receive your complaint?

We will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If our investigation is taking longer than expected and we are unable to provide you with our final response within 10 working days, we will advise you in writing and then provide you with regular updates until our final response is issued. On receipt of your complaint we will:

• Record your complaint on our records
• Confirm receipt of your complaint in writing
• Correct any mistakes we have made
• Notify you of the outcome of our investigation

Our Response

If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 4 weeks, we will write to you explaining the reason for the delay and let you know when we expect to be able to send you a final response.
