The initial fees are the same across the industry. The only surprise we had was when we went to sign the contract they have a clause that an admin fee is chargeable to renew the contract. We rent property for the past 7 years and this was the first time an agency required that.

Overall Fees
8% (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)Letting Fee:
