Awful service, misled by the vendor, fobbed off by this agent. They are just not interested. The service is appalling even after completion we struggled to collect keys. Our vendor left the property with no utilities broken fixtures etc. this agent washed their hands....

Hi there, I do apologise that the property was left in the condition it was for you - As explained previously, we aren't qualified to test the functionality of each service inside the property so we rely upon the sellers to provide us (and their purchasers) with correct information and further, we then rely upon the surveyors to provide advisories or comments on any issues which may affect you as a buyer, for your protection during the purchase. Aside from some of the ridiculous valuations and even refusing to put an offer forward to the vendor because THEY thought it was too low (not the vendor), they also breach GDPR law by constantly harassing me with unwanted and pointless advertising even after unsubscribing ...

Despite unsubscribing from their emails loads of times and emailing them, I constantly clog up my email with unwanted advertisements. They ignore communication and are very irritating. Never provide them with your contact details, you will regret it...
