Hi, I already made a response to this before - I don't know if it came through or not. It was the Alfreton branch. I thought there was one in Ripley as the telephone call on the Friday where I explained my experience and was promised it would be looked into responded within 24 hours came from a Ripley-registered number. Im having the same problems at the mo. House is awful. Yet on inspection theyre blaming me. It was like it when i got it. I complain about things and months later its still not sorted. Just phoned and the person has blamed me for not chasing it up and then the contractors. Yet i raised a complaint a week ago thats not even on the system.... never their fault. ...

THIS company are a joke. The staff are rude they take 150 application fee straight off me and then didnt give me a reason as to why i cant get the house after I explained my situation. Funny that cos I've been offered another house straight away I will be taking this further anyway. But I advise anyone specially renting not to go with this company !! ...
