Extortionate, uncompetitive. They use their own set of 'approved' companies and have no qualms charging buildings hundreds of pounds for a call out of 10 minutes and no work.

This company have no intention to help the people who pay their invoices. They do not manage, they are arrogant beyond belief. The only function they address is overbilling and ridiculous charging.
