I have just received my final bill and have been charged £200 apportionment fee. Seriously this is a joke. Hacking & Paterson barely maintained our estate and certainly NEVER maintained the common ground behind our fence. How do these factors get away with this. Calls and emails go unanswered (in my case for years), the building is in disrepair, damp patches advised years ago have developed into serious wall fractures and nothing can galvanise this company into any action, in spite of the fact that the building employs them and pays over-the-odds to do so. View all comments (1) If you have an overall majority, you need to write to them with the signatories of all the owners (not tenants) and instruct them that under the terms and conditions of your Title Deeds you have elected to dismiss their services. Today we received our final statement from this shower of crooks and they have charged us £75 for moving out of our own house!! I am 100% adamant I'm going to get this back!
