What agent could do to change your mind?
When I went with the agent I said I needed phone calls and updates all along the way. Their solicitors were totally inactive as far as progress was concerned. Haart could get different solicitors who are working with them and will keep people up to date. They also need to monitor the solicitors to see they are keeping 'Haart's clients' happy and informed.

Absolutely agree with this.as soon as haart moved to Colchester in an obvious cost cutting excersize, the customer service has all but evaporated!someone needs to investigate the Colchester branch for,quite frankly,unacceptable customer service.you can't just ignore your tenants and landlords for months.I also,as a tenant,do not believe that you 'cant get hold of the landlord' - It's been 11 months,has he/she dissapeared? ...
