What agent could do to change your mind?
Peter was rude and non professional. They made a mistake. I highlighted it to them and they still wanted to be right. No apology was given for their mistake. He called it a genuine mistake. I dont believe advertising a flat that is not what you will find is a "genuine" behaviour

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent was sympathetic but there was nothing they could really do once the tenant got in. They need to use a different company for referencing and have far stricter checks. I feel I should have received a full refund of fees paid, but still had to pay commission on the first rent received.

Thanks RC, I am happy to say that we have since changed the referencing company, We were very unfortunate to have a tenant provide false information and manage to squeeze through our checks. We know this does happen in our industry but this was the first and only time that something like this has happened through the Croydon office and I hope nothing like this will happen again. I do hope in the future we have the opportunity to work together and prove that this was a horrible one off. Thanks ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned our money and stuck to their word. We were put out because of them... have some humanity stayed away from my 1year old baby for 2and a half weeks because we had to stay with friends until we had received our wages, it could have been avoided if the money was returned in the first place. Clarified all details between landlord and tenant before asking for deposit to avoid the whole issue in the first place.

same here...very disappointed in them ( Milton keynes branch) They never returned our calls, promised to call back what never happened, we had to chase them many times before we got someone to talk to...
