Hi Em, thanks for your feedback. Its really important to us.
You paid just one deposit when you moved in and it was returned in full within ten days of your contract end date. It was you who chose to move out of the property early and therefore the deposit was returned correctly. You didn't start any legal proceedings and there was actually no dispute. We were really happy how the property was left and so was the landlord. We have now replaced the faulty top up gas meter so that's all OK now ...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
