Comment on agent fees
Pretty reasonable fees although I haven't had any experience of renting in the "real" property world (have been a student for the last 4 years so this is the first time I've actually rented a place that isn't for students!) as of yet so my knowledge of this is very limited; however, I am more than satisfied for what I've paid so far and in return I've had nothing less than a first-class experience.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
