What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide a more accurate and honest valuation, as a result I became very suspicious of the motivation behind the very low valuation in comparison to the other agents who valued my property. Improve website and marketing - very poor.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Answer emails. Do not seem 'unbothered' on the phone! Get properties cleaned. Ensure property is in good working order. Don't charge fees for things that do not exist. Don't leave private documents laying around for anyone to look at!

What agent could do to change your mind?
I doubt Greenfields even realise or care about how bad they are, however if they do read this then here are just a few pointers that they need to address urgently: 1. Stop lying 2. Communication with tennants needs to be made by telephone NOT e-mail especially when it's a serious matter 3. Your customer service is shocking and needs to be addressed urgently

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
