We got 2 quotes of GBP 599k and Grants of GBP 650k. We agreed a +0.15% incentive if they achieved a price of GBP625k or higher. That worked out for both parties as we made GBP 26K more and they got the extra fees.

The fees were very competitive when benchmarked against other agents in the area. I believe they may have actually been the lowest out of the agents we met, but this wasn't the reason we chose them, rather a welcome added benefit.

You will receive a written acknowledgement in three workings days confirming that the matter is being investigated and a written reply will sent to you within 15 working days.

In The Event You Remain Unsatisfied

Please submit your complaint to:

The Managing Director, at 175 Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2BE

The final review by the Managing Director and his conclusions will be sent to you in writing, in the rare event that the matter remains unresolved the letter will also include information of how the matter can be referred to the Ombudsman.
