Thank you for your review and making us aware of your concerns. All properties rented by Grants Lettings are owned by private landlords. This means that the obligation of maintenance falls in the hands of the individual landlord, however our property management team will always try to assist and ensure maintenance issues are resolved as quickly as possible. In The Event You Remain Unsatisfied

The final review by the Managing Director and his conclusions will be sent to you in writing, in the rare event that the matter remains unresolved the letter will also include information of how the matter can be referred to the Ombudsman.
