Since moving into our Nottingham property 3 weeks ago we have heard absolutely nothing from our landlord/sandstone or grant property and they have been absolutely awful. We have tried numerous times to contact them and raise serious issues we have experienced with our property (unsafe fencing outside, stains, damp, completely broken dishwasher and tap and faulty kitchen floor with gaps allowing slugs in) yet have been repeatedly ignored. Company was pretty quick with repairs but absolutely atrocious delay with getting deposit back! Also charged us over 500 pounds for basic cleaning.. no repairs needed in the property after tenancy was up, just fine tune cleaning and normal wear and tear. I've lived in over 20 houses and never has a company been so money hungry when trying to get every little ounce of deposit back.
