What agent could do to change your mind?
Shown any signs of professionalism after getting our money. Seriously every aspect of our post-cash dealings with them have been like dealing with a work-experience kid on a power trip, amateur in the extreme. Who giggles down the phone at people all the time?

What agent could do to change your mind?
GPees needs to understand that they work on behalf of sellers. We have been pressured the whole time to ensure everything is smooth for the buyer at the expense of our own situation - excuse me - who is paying your fees???? See the review for further details. GPees also overpromises and underdelivers consistently. Once this sale is complete, we will be submitting a formal written complaint.

In all honesty, agents can't take people on viewings unless they have been fully registered, due to security reasons, essentially it boils down to the fact they dont know you, what you are capable of. They have to take names, numbers and address for this reason, to protect both the vendor/ landlord and themselves from any potential danger. ...
