Thank you so much for your very kind review. It was certainly quite a protracted process. I must say that I completely agree with points you have raised which highlights what type of agent clients wish. I know how stressful moving is and agents should not just agree the sale and move on to the next but work with all parties throughout the process to exchange hopefully keeping stress levels to a minimum and within a reasonable time frame.
