I live at 140 Gloucester Terrace and Gordons have managed our property for the last decade. We were always very dissatisfied with their service but didn't know who might be better. What agent could do to change your mind?
Charged realistic fees and employed staff with some training in dealing with people. Often what they said was technically and legally correct but a conversation with a letting agent should be amicable and not who can get away with what within the boundaries of the law.
