We give letting agents the time to focus on letting property while we take care of chasing rents and issuing rent statements whilst dealing with repairs, check outs, inventory updates, deposit returns, helping and advising on compliance with gas, electric and furniture safety legislation, as well as tenancy deposit protection and property licensing.

We also offer the same service for private landlords who perhaps don't have the time or the knowledge and expertise to manage their own property portfolio as well as a letting service via our established letting agency brands.

Communicate promptly and precisely. It is very important. Feel responsible and Act responsibly. Own the issue and resolve it. Offer compensation for the stress and money that we spent.

Probably, if given the property to market at the beginning, the fee may have been a tad cheaper. However, considering that Spencers/Glenmeads took on the property with problems already in place (ceiling repair dispute), the fees were very fair. This is especially so because they continue to be proactive about the deposit claim, and act on my behalf 5 months after the tenancy ended. I'd definitely recommend them.
