Based in the Student Union Building on the Treforest Campus at the University of South Wales. We are in prime location to help students rent a property for their academic year. We are a non-profit company who have been in operation since 2010, helping over 1,500 students find the right property for them.
Our Mission is to offer the highest standard of accommodation for our students at a revolutionary price, all the while conducting ourselves as a socially-conscious business.
We aim to; provide landlords with a commercial standardised specification, allowing for a life cycle of their properties to be created. To provide clean, smart and efficient properties the students can move into, study hard and move out with no issues during their period of tenancy. To provide the highest standard of customer service to the students, the landlord and stakeholders, while continually improving our processes and procedures.
We are registered with Rent Smart Wales and are working towards membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Our team consists of three full-time professional members of staff who have a combination of over 8 years experience dealing within the lettings market. In addition, we invest in the student's future, providing casual staff positions.
