We valued the property at £1300 in 2018 before it was unexpectedly extensively refurbished by the landlord instead of just the promised lick of paint. We found a tenant whose moving in was persistently postponed due to the refurbishment (new kitchen, floors etc). The landlord wanted £200 more, the tenant couldn't afford that and had to withdraw and had only a a few days to find another property. We never saw the completed updated property. It was probably worth £200 more but not at the time ...

Have lived in a flat they manage for nerly 7 months and they have inspected twice already. The agent is rude and took photos of personal belongings in the house and then emailed me questions what they where for.
