Do you really expect anyone to believe that trading standards would behave in is this manner, unprofessional and emotional!!! I would suggest that desperation has overcome this competitor to have to resort to this. If any one is in any doubt then call trading standards and find out for your self this is their National number 08454 04 05 06. I'd be pretty hacked off Grahams, if I was trying to sell my property and the agent let it, however quickly he did it but the fact that he called every week to discuss progress suggests it wan't actually that quick! ...

I hope Gatekeeper are also including the earlier reviews on this site in their customer surveys?? I don't think people would really go to the trouble of writing 'dubious' reviews, if they were satisfied they just wouldn't bother writing anything. I am sceptical of all the recent positive feedback, bearing in mind the seriousness of the first eleven reviews and the comments added to them. ...

If you have paid for a credit check to be completed you are entitled to see the outcome, don't be fobbed off with excuses like, it's data protectied' it's your data and you have every right to see it, this came direct from FSA. ...
