What agent could do to change your mind?
communicat with us instead of demanding things within a unrealistic time and to do paperwork properly, to up date there records and to listen to the tenants and not ignore them when they send in a notice to quit the premises.

Friendlier Staff, Have ALL of their costs clearly displayed (not hidden), Not pressure people into accepting something or giving their card details away, Have REAL offices where REAL people can be met and spoken to in person
