Where's the zero star option?
Totally untrustworthy agents. Unprofessional staff (probably overworked by their management) who live in a culture of lies. Their problem seems to be driven from top down.
Avoid at all cost and save yourself from this miserable bunch....

I'm not a huge fan of agents fees, but they do break down what the fees are for, which is nice. They were also very clear on the non-refundable part, and didn't mess about with multiple payments; It's one payment for everything.
