Unfair review. Agents Comments: Client originally going into rented accomm and changed their mind to then purchase. Also, completion dates were discuseed right at the start of the sale, some two months prior to completion! Client solicitor was always aware of chain deadline dates to work to and if it wasn't for our hard work, I doubt the sale had even completed. Also, there was a last minute legal complication on clients onward purchase which was beyond our control. Our middle client even broke ...
