Gallant Richardson, as an agent, work very hard to promote fairness between our landlords and our tenants, as well as encouraging landlords to value the importance of good tenants.
We answered this gentleman's complaint immediately and the telephone conversation he is referring to was witnessed by other members of staff as well as customers in the office.
