Dear Richard, Firstly we did not keep no ones deposit and even if that was the case, we would have responded to your query. If the door frame 'was' damaged, we would have charged you for that and refunded the rest. Additionally, checking our reports, we do not have a tenant called 'Richard' so please provide a surname and contact us if you have any issues. I have checked our emails and we did not receive any email regarding a deposit from yourself, someone called Richard. I count this as a f ...

Bunch of thieving cowboys!! Day I moved in the place was inch thick with dust, oven disgusting, took me two days to clean it!! They didn't do inventory. Then when I moved out they withheld my deposit cause of minor damage to doorframe from when I got locked out!! Just a bedroom door btw!! They kept my £1200 deposit just for this and I never got it back. Even though I called them daily and even went in person to there offices!!
