I've had the same problem with Neil from Fulfords in Paignton. I moved out a month ago and still haven't received my deposit because I didn't physically hand the keys to him in person of Friday evening. Also had problems with lack of communication from sister partnership county wide. Still tried charging me rent after I moved out! He was rude on the phone to me talking down to me like a child. Utterly disappointed with his level of service. I strongly recommend not to let with Fulfords...moving ...

Thank You for your feedback above, I would like to say that within the time this house was on the market with Fulfords regular updates were provided by the team including visits to the property myself to retake photos and to discuss ways to try to generate more interest. The property was of course matched and emailed to many prospective purchasers with follow up calls to try and book viewings, sadly no one booked a viewing on this property. Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.

Your comments couldn't be further from the truth. As a company we must have both landlord and tenant in agreement before a deposit can be processed. Property management were doing their jobs albeit not to your liking. An important note is that all monies are held in my deposits, this is the law! ...

-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)

What agent could do to change your mind?
All the agent needed to have done in this case is admit the errors at an early stage enabling things to be put right without delay,be truthful and commmunitive and be available and contactable by returning calls etc. These factors should be the base of any professional business which is sadly lacking here and the branch obviously needs taking over by someone with basic decency ,drive and focus on customer care and provide value for the thousands of pounds that a sale provides.

Maybe if Mr Ramsden had taken the agents advice on dropping the price slightly and at an earlier date it would have sold earlier in a dropping market. As for trying to renegotiate on the buyers behalf if Mr Ramsden had told the truth about the 4th bedroom and building regs it would not have been neccessary. ...
