We have a very simple complaints process that all our clients have access to and if you genuinely have a problem with any aspect of our service I'd ask you follow that. Our Staff fully respect tenants rights to quite enjoyment of their homes so it is very hard to believe this is a genuine post from a disgruntled customer. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have allocated me one friendly knowlegible person for a point of contact to take me through the whole process. Human touch could cover multitude of imperfections.
