Call back when you promise Be truthful with advice, the dodgy saleman tactics are clear they're just that Put offers forward to your client when you receive them.... in this instance it was clear there was a lesser offer competing, but the other buyers could complete marginally faster so they got their commission quicker.... it seemed to be all about when they got their commission which drove their behaviour.

Appalling staff member using insulting language when he believed telephone call had ended. Would suggest they ensure phone has been hung up before insulting potential customers. Disgusting behaviour. I would never use or indeed recommend using this branch again....
