This company are not to be trusted. Customers should be very careful when taking out a contract and check inventory, record any imperfections, take photos of same, as they will not return deposits....

Morning Noleen,
As you state we do issue inventories to all tenants and encourage them to write their comments in the space provided should they differ from our own. Our advice to all our tenants is to ensure they complete and return the inventory to produce an agreed condition report that both parties sign off as a matter of course.
Any deposit retentions are in relation to any cleaning costs or damage caused by the tenants on exiting the property. I find your comments regarding 'not re ...

I would agree. I would warn anyone taking out a contract with this company to thourghly check the inventory, check for any imperfections and take photos of any such imperfections prior to signing any contract. This company will not return deposits. Avoid them if at all possible. ...
