Franklyn James, you failed to mention in your reply that you did not apologise for your abrupt manner and the reason your managing director felt it necessary to hang up. This suggests that you were pushed into a corner and reacted inappropriately and unprofessionally. What agent could do to change your mind?
As working professionals expect information to be passed on and issues fixed or updates shared by the agent owning accontability rather than the tenant having to follow up.Gary needs to understand a tenant who is without water for 6 days needs proactive resolutions rather than lenghty documented emails which instigate and escalate issues.Attached Filesnbsp;
