The fees are in line with other agents but I feel we have received a far better service from Franklyn James for the amount paid than from our previous letting agent. We were pleased to note the fee percentage reduces if the tenant decides to stay on for subsequent years; the opposite was true in our previous experience, which considering the level of service had been dire was rather galling!
