I agree with every comment. This office is far worse than any other I have used which is over 5 across London which is renowned for being a aggressive sales area. The attitude is rude, unhelpful and quite frankly we would love to pull out just to spite the agents. Most agents are not like Fox and Sons they have a vested interest in customer service, we would never buy or sell a property through them. You can report them to the Property Omsbudman it is a regulating body they are signed upto, I know because I am currently prosessing a complaint because they sold the house I was bidding on for less to a bidder using their mortgage adviser, I only found out by talking direct to the vendor they had made us look really bad and told them the offer we made was the final offer, without speaking to us! ...

I had to sack Fox and Sons for the same reason. They are only interested in buyers who they can sell a mortgage to. I had interest from a cash buyer and they failed to let me know. I found out because the person visited my house and told me!
I just fail to see how this company can trade like this and get away with it. So many complaints on here and I bet the good comments have been written by the agent themselves.
