This guy clearly knows nothing we work on a no sale no fee basis u signed the agreement deal with it ! And surely you would want to know that Foxs are dealing with the purchasers mortgage as again as we work on a no sale no fee basis it will go through quicker mening you get your money sooner ...

When I was a vendor it was really important to me that buyers properly checked out i.e there chain and financial position I don't understant why you wouldn't go in to do that after all a house purchase is one of the biggest decsions you will ever make. An almost identical situation from the Worthing branch re the overinflated starting price and fixed commission , we have dropped twice from 389,950 to a serious buyer on 348,000 but they are still trying to get their sticky mitts on the £7k worth of commission based on the deliberately high valuation. We only fell for it because they alleged that the London buyers were desperate for just such a place. Not a single out of town viewing.
And no doubt spinning the perfectly decent prospective buy ...
