Too big for their boots and never follow anything up for landlords who pay for the services!! You never get any update for anything ,no matter how big the problem is until you phone them or attend personally and you get the twitching and rolling eyes signalling annoyance. Useless bunch of good for nothing lettings and property management team! I wonder if they would treat customers any differently if this was a family run business than when it was a prvt company? ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just replying to emails & calls occasionally would be a step in the right direction. Keeping clients informed just once or twice would be a huge leap forward. Maybe handing on offers to the vendor occasionally?! I know: that's a really radical idea & you're probably not up to that yet. Bwhahahahahaha. Worst. Agents. Evah.

err not one to stick up for agents but where is issue in this? sounds like sour grapes! - you lost out on a property after being told other offers were on it, gave you a chance to use their mortgage services so they have a better hold on the sale so less chance of a fall through, you lost out as a better offer to the seller came along (possibly price or position) and then you are upset as they will not disclose price which is a breech of data protection. ...

Although i cannot comment on the agent, having never rented through them, i am aware of how the deposit scheme works and dont beleive there is an agent out there who ever plays a part on commenting on what should be deducted from a deposit? Its actually the landlord who is responsible for requesting deductions, as the money only ever goes to them once its been deducted and not the agent??? What agent could do to change your mind?
You are clearly disinterested in anything but signing bpeoole up. You have no interest in the client or in communicating effectively. You break promises and quite frankly lie. I want out of this contract NOW. You are seriously affecting the sales potential for my property and onwards purchase. And you have not acknowledged the complaint which I have now had to escalate to the regional director. Do the right thing and release us from this joke of a contract now.
