As part of the due diligence conducted when selling our home, we had three estate agents provide an estimate of our property value and the fees that they would charge us. The Flatman Partnership were very competitively priced, but it was their attention to detail in comparison to the so called larger estate agents, that ensured that we selected them as our selling agent.
