Talking to different people at group viewings for a flat, some people said they were charged less than others for the same company and service. It was hard to tell if they had some deal, were given preferential treatment or if they were just making up a story, but it did recreate the impression that the fees were not set for everyone and some people got discounts for unknown reasons.
