Absolutely awful letting agency. Really unprofessional, completely wrong about things and "make up" laws and just downright terrible service. Charged for references, contract renewal and heavily for garden not being mowed on move out even though had paid £100 for this a few months before. The new Tenant's bill will improve things though.

The only good thing about this agent is that they do not charge extortionate agent fees (thus far) and they actually showed up to the viewing (which a lot of agents didn't do sadly enough). So far compared to other agents their fees haven't been extortionate compared to other agents. We will see how everything goes once we leave.

Just terrible. Have ridiculous opening hours meaning you can never contact them. Even when they are meant to be open the phone rings out and no-one picks up. I have rented homes with quite a few agents and this is the only one to have charged me a cleaning fee for a miscrscopic speck of dirt. The fees are ridiculous and obviously designed to make extra income for them whch is obviously spent on their lavish office on the high street. The deposit was also more than a months rent
