I recall the phone call and that the conversation was very challenging. I tried to explain that Fine Homes is contracted to getting a successful pass on tenants' references and this in turn, provides the landlord with a rental warranty that, according to feedback, is one of the many reasons that landlords use Fine Homes.
I tried to explain politely that each letting agent's service will probably differ but Fine Homes does not take 6 month's rental up front that the caller specifically asked ...
