Your review is puerile, hurtful and inaccurate. You fail to mention the Covid shaped Elephant in the room. Once the Lockdown started it became impossible to manage your high expectations for a small studio Council Flat which doesn’t even have an oven or demised outside space. It’s not unheard of for there to be misunderstandings in the process of managing tenancies, but we generally succeed in finding tenants we can work with. In this case, things became somewhat confused when the owner dealt directly with the tenants, leading on the one hand to unrealistic tenant expectations, and on the other to a somewhat oppositional relationship with us: it was as if their relationship with the owner took precedence over clear, repeated and unambiguous instructions to ...
