Thanks for the review, You do have the option to dispute this with the deposit company and provide them with your evidence. It would then be up to an adjudicator to make a decision on this. ...

I was disappointed to see this review as I am looking to change from my current agent due to late rent payments not being chased - and more importantly lack of communication.
I recognise that relationships may have broken down -
Are you able to outline how you deal with late payments (both in regard t the tenant and landlord) and what is done to chase these up?
